Dr Kathy Phipps and Dr Walter Rhoden RIP

We are saddened to bring you the news of the death of a vibrant member of the appraisal community. Kathy Phipps, a Hoyland GP, and her husband Walter Rhoden, a cardiologist at Barnsley Hospital, died after being thrown from their motorbike in an attempt to avoid collision with a truck in Florida US, on Sunday March 30. Our sympathy goes to their three

children, and all their families
